Janta's verdict on Rab Ne Banadi Jodi
The most awaited film of 2008- Rab Ne Banadi Jodi finally hit the cinema halls on 12th December 2008 and is making news all over. The film is bagging appreciation by the audience and so is Shah Rukh’s all-new, never like before avatar. It seems, Aditya Chopra always was confident about SRK’s magic on screen, thus, did not get into limitless promotions for the film.
As per the audiences, the plus point of the film is its sweet and simple love story with novelty. Apart from that, Shah Rukh’s character of Surender Sahani has made him win extra brownie points. According to them, this could be the most beautiful portrayal of a quotient of love in a common man’s heart. Undoubtedly, this new avatar of SRK has helped his break his monotonous image of Raj and Rahul from the past. As far as the female lead is concerned, Anushka Sharma has made a promising debut and has also managed to light up the screen with her beauty and simplicity. The chemistry between the couple is also adored by one and all.
The only drawback of the film could be the pre and post interval period where the film seems to be dragged.
Overall, a clean, light hearted entertainment for all- Rab Ne Banadi Jodi has higher future prospects at the box office.
